Just One Message on the Emerging Church Views

The Emerging Church, the Emergent Conversation, et. al. is multi-faceted. In this message, I utitlize one of their buzz-words and employ the Book of Titus to highlight a facet of the Emerging Church by contrasting Paul’s “missional” emphasis. There are Power Point notes available as well with quotes from some leaders in the Emergent Village. One leader that I quote, Doug Pagitt, has spoken at Willow Creek as a guest speaker and is considered by many to be an influential leader in the movement.

Hopefully this message will help some of you see the contrast between Paul’s emphases and the emphases of the Emerging Church.
