Witty Riposte

Joy’s response to a commenter’s charge that John MacArthur had “missed the boat” in the quote that I highlighted last week was classic.

Take a look around. I don’t mind being a stowaway on MacArthur’s boat (the one you originally said he missed?) if it’s an ark in a flood.

The full response was good. I enjoy witty ripostes when they are not directed at me.

I enjoy witty ripostes that are not directed at me, also. You can say “ouch” with a smile when someone else is getting it. Be glad your name isn’t Edvard over on Joy’s blog. :-)
